Terms & Conditions — With Love, Cristal
Last Updated: October 18, 2026
Welcome to With Love, Cristal! By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Handmade Products
Each rosary is individually handcrafted with care. Because our products are handmade, minor variations in seed bead colors, thread colors, and certain decorative details may occur. Your selected main bead color will remain consistent with the design you order. These small variations are part of the nature of handmade craftsmanship.
2. Product Descriptions & Photography
We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs and descriptions. Actual colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. Please review each product listing carefully before purchasing.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at checkout. Prices and product availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selections made at checkout. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue.
5. Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered preparation or has shipped.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. For additional details, please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Limited-Edition Products
Premium and limited-edition rosaries are released in small quantities. Once a design sells out, it may not be recreated. Product availability is subject to change.
8. Product Use & Care
Our rosaries are devotional items intended to support personal prayer. They are handcrafted items and should be handled with care. They are not toys and should be kept out of reach of young children due to small parts and potential choking hazards.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content, including original product descriptions, photographs, branding, and designs created by With Love, Cristal, may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our business evolves. The current version will be posted on this website.
